DIRECTIONS FOR USE 

After cleansing, apply a thin later to damp skin. Gently massage using upward strokes for one minute. Be sure to concentrate on areas that are congested. Then let it set for up to 5 minutes or dry to the touch. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Use twice a week. Ideal for all skin types.
